Engineering & Design
 Our Electrical Engineers provide the design of integrated control systems to meet the specific project specifications with today's high level of technologies and stringent safety requirements. A cost effective control solution can be developed for small and simple through to large and complex systems. Some of the specific in-house services our electrical engineers provide include the following:
- Design and detail of Control Panels
- Design and detail of Motor Control Centers
- Design and programming of Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems
- SCADA and PLC programming and documentation
- Operator Manual development
Our electrical engineers have the expertise and experience to design and implement AS4024 / IEC61508 compliant control systems. These standards are guidelines to make plant and machinery safe to protect persons against risks to health and safety. Most older machinery and imported machinery manufactured to other standards do not comply with current safety requirement. We can inspect existing machinery, make recommendations, design to comply with current standards and implement changes.
The Webb Australia team of experienced engineers, designers and technicians can provide inspections, consultancy and conduct on-site training as part of a turnkey project or as stand-alone services.
