MONOVEYOR® CONVEYORS

Monoveyor meets the need for an overhead chain conveyor, especially for light and medium loads applications. A wide variety of goods are carried much more economically than with heavier types of conveyors.  Industry literally uses miles of MONOVEYOR® to carry components in the food, motor vehicle, munitions, appliance manufacturing and clothing industries. Many refinements of design incorporated over the years enable us to produce components economically and increase its effectiveness for light and medium duty service.  Line friction has been reduced and flexibility increased.  Inclines require less space and minimum allowable radii of both horizontal and vertical turns are substantially less than on standard heavy duty conveyors.

The net result of these improvements has been less interference with production operations, production equipment and personnel; greater facility in servicing the production equipment in difficult locations; and considerably less restrictions in the size of dip tanks and similar equipment.  Another important factor in the economy of installing MONOVEYOR® is the standardisation of component parts together with tooling (dies, jigs and fixtures) for their manufacture.  With this manufacturing policy, conveyor components are dimensionally accurate, always interchangeable and quickly produced for prompt delivery when demand exceeds the stock of parts for immediate shipment.  In short, the MONOVEYOR® provides the process engineer and the production executive with a new means of handling light and medium loads more effectively and economically.

UNIBILT® CONVEYORS

Overhead Continuous Flow Conveyors
Continuous Flow is a straight overhead, enclosed-track conveyor designed to handle individual loads up to 113 kg.  This kind of conveyor is strong enough for large-volume production runs, yet more economical than standard, heavy-duty I-beam type conveyors.  Overhead Unibilt Continuous Flow offers maximum flexibility, optimum use of space, and greater efficiency for your operation.

Overhead Power & Free Conveyors
Overhead conveyors, utilising the power and free concept, offer maximum versatility and control; because they can accumulate loads, switch and reroute products, and pace production speeds.  In addition, Power & Free features on-line accumulation and diagonal banking capabilities.  Unibilt is the innovator in Enclosed Track Power & Free conveyors.

Inverted Power & Free Conveyors
The Inverted Power & Free design offers added benefits in many applications.  Inverted Power & Free offers 360 degree product accessibility, ideal for robotic interface applications.  Plus, its clean inverted orientation allows it to be used in painting and other sanitary operations.  Inverted Power & Free is an integral part of a wide range of modern industrial facilities.

Inverted Continuous Flow Conveyors
Inverted Continuous Flow is Unibilt’s inverted version of its standard overhead conveyor.  It offers all the advantages of the straight overhead conveyor with the added ability to protect the product from contamination.  It is particularly beneficial in clean-room applications.  Inverted Continuous Flow means fewer product rejects, and that means greater productivity.

Over-N-Under Conveyors
Over-N-Under gravity, power, or power and free conveyors provide economical storage, live accumulation and transfer of parts or loads over designated distances.  Over-N-Under conveyors can be configured to detour around obstructions and over aisles.  Unibilt gives you a choice of economical and efficient Over-N-Under conveyors to suit your space and cost requirements.

Unibilt WideTrak Conveyors
WideTrak is an innovative solution for clean and simple handling of parts through assembly line operations and finishing process equipment such as washers, dry-off tunnels, paint booths and bake ovens.  The triple rail conveyor system was designed for stable handling of multi-part racks through automated painted finishing lines.  This unique Unibilt conveyor is a new addition to our popular line of conveyor products.  The same dependable, hardworking Unibilt components are used in this conveyor to provide reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Hand-Pushed Conveyors
Hand-Pushed conveyors, used in areas where mechanised conveyors are not required, work with minimal effort because of quality components design.  Many Hand-Pushed systems can be converted to powered conveyors at a later date.  Initial lower cost, coupled with easy installation and low system upkeep, spell cost efficiency and productivity.
